We’re excited to announce the Cbus Property owned 50 Flinders Street – state-of-the-art home of People’s Choice Credit Union – has become the first building in South Australia to achieve both NABERS 6 Star Energy and Indoor Environment ratings, meaning the occupiers are now enjoying the best air quality and thermal comfort in Adelaide.

Recent sustainability upgrades have included a 66kW solar PV system, which has already generated around 40,000kWh of electricity since it was installed in December 2018 – enough to power an average Australian home for almost three years.

50 Flinders Street also improved its NABERS Water rating from 4 to 4.5 Stars.
