The Minda Redevelopment stages 2 and 3 of luxury retirement apartments, Brighton Dunes, has recently won the Property Council of Australia's National Retirement Living Awards 2020 for Design Excellence!

Stages 2 and 3 incorporates the construction of a 7 and 5-storey retirement apartment building with shared basement carpark, two off three-storey apartment buildings for Minda residents, 15 off free-standing houses for Minda residents and Lifestyle Day option buildings. Additionally, a new private road network and major site-wide infrastructure upgrade and extension works will occur across the site.

The beachfront property features a stunning design that complements its breathtaking views of Brighton beach, city and hills.

We worked alongside Cheesman Architects and the rest of the project team to help bring this $82 million project to life by providing AV, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Comms, Hydraulic and Acoustic services.

Congratulations to the entire project team on creating what will no doubt be a stunning icon in Brighton for many years to come.
