BESTEC are excited to be providing engineering services for the new Ramada Hotel in Playford.
With the current nearest hotel to Playford being some 14km away, the 205 room hotel will fill a much-needed market gap in Adelaide’s booming northern suburbs – Playford’s population is expected to expand from 96,000 to 135,000 by 2036.
BESTEC will be providing services in the areas of:
– Mechanical
– Electrical
– Vertical Transportation
– Fire Engineering
– Hydraulics
– Ecologically Sustainable Design
Work is to begin in October and the hotel is expected to open in early 2021.
